S2F, LLC was founded in 2017 by Joey Martinez; at the time, a Construction Management professional with deep experience in studio and campus management, large scale ground-up construction, high speed tenant improvement projects, and critical infrastructure projects.  His formal education in architectural engineering and design, along with his field experience gained while working for General Contractor Hensel Phelps Construction, led him to a role leading capital projects for entertainment giants DreamWorks Animation and NBCUniversal.  This experience helped him create a unique cross-functional project management skillset and a reputation throughout his network of consistent and efficient project delivery to the highest standards. 

 

Initial successful S2F projects supporting former DreamWorks Animation President Jeffrey Katzenberg’s venture capital firm, WndrCo, in both their Beverly Hills Headquarters and San Francisco Regional Office allowed S2F to continue expanding its reputation.  Over the years, Joey Martinez has continued to expand his experience into different areas of corporate real estate including portfolio strategy, lease transactions, facility management, security design & services, and other shared services while supporting Tanium, a high-speed growth cybersecurity and IT services company.  The expertise developed in these areas brought S2F to the broad range of consulting and project services offered today.  S2F has since developed partnerships with multiple brokerage and design firms around the US resulting in additional project work and complex consulting opportunities.
